Telehealth FAQs.

Is a telehealth consultation the same clinical standard as in-person?
Yes. The same GPhC-registered clinicians, the same protocols. The difference is the medium, not the standard. Where physical examination is necessary, we will recommend in-person.
Can I get a prescription from a telehealth consultation?
Yes. Our prescribing pharmacists can issue private prescriptions electronically during the call where clinically appropriate. These can be dispensed and delivered by us or sent to any pharmacy of your choice.
What if my connection drops during the call?
Your clinician will call your registered phone number immediately. If that fails, we will reschedule at no charge.
How much does a telehealth consultation cost?
From £35. Confirmed at booking in Halaxy. Health Members receive telehealth consultations as part of their plan — see Memberships.
