When you book your first appointment at Veritas, Halaxy automatically creates a patient account using the email address you provided. Check your inbox for a welcome email with your login details.

Halaxy is ISO 27001 certified and fully UK GDPR compliant. Your clinical records are encrypted in transit and at rest. We operate under the NHS Data Security and Protection Toolkit and never share your data with third parties without your consent.

I didn’t receive my activation email +
Check your spam or junk folder first. If it’s not there, contact us with the email address you used at booking and we’ll resend it manually.
I need to change my registered email address +
Contact us directly — we can update your email address on the Halaxy system during opening hours. For security, we’ll need to verify your identity before making changes.
My results aren’t showing in my account +
Blood test results are usually available within 24–48 hours of your sample being processed. If it has been longer, call us and we’ll check the status with our clinical team.
Can I request a copy of my records? +
Yes. Under UK GDPR you have a right of access to your personal data. Submit a Subject Access Request to privacy@veritaspharmacy.co.uk. We will respond within 30 days at no charge.
