 Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. My daughter had her ears syringed today by Titilayo Owolana. What a delightful man!! Made her feel so comfortable. He told us what was going to happen, showed us on the model ear. We watched what he could see using the ear camera. Carried out the syringing, making sure she was comfortable. Only took a minute or so! Gave us some helpful tips on what to do next and what to use in the future. Hopefully we don’t need to, but if we do, we will be back.  Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Went for a blocked eardrum. Unfortunately the blockage was behind the eardrum so they couldn’t help me. However I wanted to leave a review just to say how pleasant the pharmacist I saw was. He showed me my eardrum and explained the situation. . Also there was no charge for the consultation which I would have still expected to pay for. Highly recommend this place.

 Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Attended the clinic today due to ears feeling full and painful amoung other symptoms. My ears were checked and i was  given a full explanation whilst showing me a live view of inside my ears as to what the problem was. as there was no wax build up that needed removed there was no consultation fee and i was given practical advise to help with my problem.  Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I went to Verita’s as one ear was blocked. I have a perforation on the other side so I was incredibly worried about my hearing. I had an appointment within 2 hours and put at ease from entering. Every question and concern I had was answered. The excess ear wax was removed and I was given excellent advice how to prevent this going forward. I would thoroughly recommend.

Titi perfomed my procedure and she made me feel calm as soon as she sat me down. Told me what to do for aftercare in the next few weeks and was friendly and informative throughout. Do I need a GP referral to use the private clinic?

No. You can book a private clinic appointment directly, no GP referral required. Simply choose your service, select a time, and come in. Same-day slots are usually available.

Can I get an NHS prescription dispensed here?

Yes. We dispense NHS and private prescriptions, including electronic prescriptions (EPS). We also provide repeat prescription management and can arrange home delivery.

How quickly will I receive my blood test results?

Most standard blood test results are available within 24–48 hours. You’ll receive a secure notification and can view your results through our patient portal.

Is Veritas regulated?

Yes. Veritas is a GPhC-registered pharmacy operating under the supervision of a qualified superintendent pharmacist. We comply fully with NHS and regulatory standards for all services we provide.

Can I order medications online for home delivery?

Yes. Our distance selling service allows eligible patients to receive medications directly at home, following an appropriate clinical assessment where required.
