We want membership to be clear, not full of surprises. Here is what you need to know.
Annual Health Review
A scheduled appointment — in person or by telehealth — that includes a clinical consultation and a general blood panel (Premium) or ultimate blood panel (Elite). One review is included per membership year. It is booked by arrangement, not on demand, and is valid for 12 months from your membership start date. It does not carry over if unused.
Clinician consultations (Elite)
An included consultation is an appointment of up to 20 minutes with a pharmacist addressing a single health concern, in person or by telehealth at our discretion. It does not include procedures, vaccinations, or services with their own fee — your membership discount applies to those instead. Up to four are included per membership year; unused consultations do not roll over.
Telehealth check-ins
Remote appointments by video or phone for non-urgent advice, monitoring, and follow-up. They are not for emergencies — if you need urgent care, contact 111 or 999. Clinicians may ask you to attend in person where remote assessment is not clinically appropriate.
Discounts
Member discounts apply to private clinic services only. They do not apply to NHS services or NHS prescription charges, and cannot be combined with other offers. All clinical decisions, including whether to prescribe, are made on clinical grounds and are not affected by membership status.
Billing & cancellation
Memberships are monthly rolling with no minimum term, paid monthly in advance. Cancel at any time with 30 days’ written notice; your benefits continue until the end of the paid period. Monthly benefits do not roll over. Annual benefits run for 12 months from your membership start date. Prices include VAT where applicable and may change with 30 days’ notice.
Fair use
Memberships are for individual personal use and cannot be shared or transferred. Included benefits are subject to clinical appropriateness and reasonable use. We reserve the right to withdraw benefits that are being misused or that are not clinically appropriate.
Premium members receive the General Health Profile. Elite members receive the Ultimate Health Profile.
