GPhC Registered 9012617 £749 60 individual allergens plus Total IgE Clinician-reviewed result
About this test

An individually itemised allergy profile.

Rather than mixed group screens alone, this panel reports 60 individual allergens separately, alongside a Total IgE measurement, an overall marker of allergic tendency. This level of individual detail can be useful when narrowing down a specific trigger among several possibilities.

It covers common environmental allergens, such as pollens, house dust mites, and pet dander, alongside a wide range of individual foods.

Your result includes a clinician commentary. A clinician reviews your result and provides written context before it is sent to you.

FAQs

Extended Allergy Panel FAQs.

How is this different from the Allergy Complete test?
Our Allergy Complete test screens 295 allergens using microarray technology, giving the widest possible coverage. This panel tests 60 allergens individually alongside Total IgE, using a different testing method that some clinicians prefer for detailed, itemised results in specific cases.
What does Total IgE tell you?
Total IgE is a general marker of overall allergic tendency, alongside the individual allergen results, which helps put your specific results into context.
Do I need to fast before this test?
No, fasting is not required for this test.
