About this test

A random sample, without chain of custody.

This test measures the presence of common drugs of abuse and alcohol in a urine sample, taken as a random, single sample. It is used for personal screening, to help monitor progress during recovery from substance use, or in situations such as workplace or family circumstances where documented evidence of drug or alcohol use is useful.

This is a random sample without formal chain of custody, meaning the sample collection is not independently witnessed and documented at every step. If you need a legally defensible result, for example for a court case or formal workplace disciplinary process, let us know, as a different, chain of custody testing pathway may be required instead.

This is not a chain of custody test. If your result needs to be legally defensible, such as for court or formal disciplinary proceedings, please discuss this with us before booking, as a different testing pathway may be needed.
Your result includes a clinician commentary. A clinician reviews your result and provides written context before it is sent to you.
