Free home delivery.

Free same-day or next-day home delivery of your NHS prescriptions. EPS-enabled — your GP sends us the prescription electronically. Repeat and acute prescriptions dispensed.

Our prescription service

Your NHS prescriptions delivered free to your door.

Veritas Pharmacy dispenses NHS prescriptions and delivers them free of charge to patients across Sunderland. We are fully EPS-enabled, meaning your GP can send your prescription directly to us electronically — you do not need a paper prescription or to visit the pharmacy.

Our pharmacist reviews every prescription for clinical accuracy, potential interactions, and dosage before dispensing. Delivery is free for all patients — same-day or next-day, subject to medication availability. If we have any queries about your prescription, we will contact your prescriber directly.

Nominated pharmacy. You can nominate Veritas Pharmacy as your preferred pharmacy via the NHS App or by asking your GP surgery. Your prescriptions will then be sent to us automatically each time they are issued — and delivered free to your home.
