Do I need to be an existing patient?
No. New patients can book any service. Halaxy creates your patient account automatically when you make your first booking — just provide your name and email address.
Which services can I access without an appointment?
Emergency Contraception is time-sensitive, so call us or book online immediately to find a same-day spot. Our private care services are also available during opening hours with pre-booked slot. We always recommend booking online to guarantee your time, particularly for blood tests, earwax removal, and injections.
How long will my appointment take?
Blood pressure checks and urine tests take around 15 minutes. Blood sample collection is 15 minutes. Earwax removal is typically 30 minutes. Private pharmacist consultations, weight management, and smoking cessation are usually 30 minutes. Travel health consultations can be up to 45 minutes.
Can I combine two services in one visit?
Yes — book consecutive slots in Halaxy, or call us and we’ll arrange a combined visit. Blood tests and a private pharmacist consultation, for example, work well together in a single appointment.
How do I pay for private services?
Card payments in-clinic or online via Halaxy at the time of booking. NHS services that are funded (Pharmacy First, contraception, new medicine service) are free to eligible patients. If you have questions about pricing before booking, call or message us.
